Buy to Let (BTL)
Buying a property to subsequently rent out on a single tenancy agreement. These types of properties are ideally suited to families, couples and related working adults. There are also government schemes available to accomodate social housing tenants.
Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO’s)
There are a number of levels to a HMO from 4bed up to 100+ bed. In general terms a HMO is defined as a property that homes three or more unrelated tenants, with shared kitchen(s), and in many cases, communal living areas.
This type of property works particularly well close to cities, retail areas, universities and hospitals as it typically attracts professional working adults and students.

Buy to Sell (Flip)
The definition of a ‘flip’ is to purchase a property generally below market value, add value through cosmetic renovation and resell at the new market value achieving a net profit. This strategy is mainly utilised by us to generate capital for later use in BTL and HMO Buy and Hold acquisitions.
